Clemens Weisshaar
Clemens Weisshaar was born in Munich in 1977. After training as a metalworker, he studied at London's Saint Martins College of Art and Design and the Royal College of Art. After three years as an assistant to Konstantin Grcic, he founded his first design office in 2000. In 2002, together with Reed Kram, he established the Kram/Weisshaar office as a platform for their multidisciplinary activities. Based in Munich and Stockholm, they collaborate with architects and engineers on projects to design spaces, products and media. Kram/Weisshaar stands for the combination of traditional production methods with the latest technological possibilities. Under the title My Private Sky, the duo designed a constellation ensemble of seven individually painted place plates.
